Fabric was not as described, it is sheer like the ad, but it has a zipper and the part that ties over the bottom skirt is a tiny square of fabric that leaves a huge part of the bottom skirt showing. Pretty bad

I was looking forward to receiving this skirt. Unfortunately, it is quite see-through even with the two layers, so I will have to wear a slip underneath it. Also, I found it to be a little on the small side.

Very poor quality! Not even close to the description..too much hassle to send back and I guess that's what the merchant counts on... Skirt waistband is an M and the rest of the skirt is more an XL ..expensive experience!
