This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. To start with, the customer service was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. The quality of the product was really poor, and the sizing was completely off, not true to size at all.
It took a full 20 days to receive the product when the website promised delivery in 8-13 days. I had to send them an email after those 13 days just to ask what was going on. They only then told me that they hadn’t even shipped it yet. At that point, I told them not to bother sending it because I needed it as a gift and I was about to travel.
Despite me explicitly telling them to cancel the shipment and issue a refund, they shipped it anyway a few hours later and then claimed they couldn’t do anything because it was already dispatched.
