Returns & Refunds

We are very sorry that we currently don't provide self-return service and shipping shipping label.

Please contact us at support@perfectcorset.com at start a return request.

Online purchases (Final sale items and gifts excluded) made through perfect corset are valid for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued). If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.

Contact customer service and submit return shipping tracking number and voucher.Please be sure to send it back and give us the return tracking number within 6 days of receipt of the refund/exchange consent request,We are not responsible for any delays return and tracking number),we appreciate your understanding.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Corset with rhinestones /fringe /lingerie /accessories /dresses on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products with Final Sale (include 40%)cannot be returned and exchanged.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
