Quick Overview

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return approval is required before sending items back
  • We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and covering all associated costs
  • Return address will be provided after approval (U.S. or international depending on the order)

1. Return Eligibility

Online purchases (excluding final sale items and gifts) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date all items are received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and protective liners must be attached
  • The original packing slip must be included
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any odors or stains

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Corsets with rhinestones, fringe, shinny or other handcrafted/customized designs
  • Lingerie and accessories
  • Dresses or items marked as Sale
  • Items marked as Final Sale (including discounts of 40% or more)

(Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of these items, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective)

3. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact our customer service team to request a return.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Locations

Return addresses are assigned based on your order and location:

  • U.S. orders: Returned to our U.S. warehouse
  • Other regions: Returned to our designated return center (U.S. or international, depending on the case)

Custom items (including rhinestone and shiny corsets) must be returned to our international return center.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • International shipping fees and duties may apply
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

6. Return Process

  • Ship within 6 days after approval
  • Provide a valid tracking number

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Gift card orders are refunded to the original gift card

8. Exchanges

Please contact us before returning if you wish to exchange an item. We’ll assist you with the best solution.

9. Additional Notes

  • Try items with underwear for hygiene reasons
  • Do not combine returns from multiple orders

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
